What is the Treatment?
Dermaforce advanced radiofrequency microneedling is a new method of skin tightening and rejuvenation. The treatment encourages collagen and elastic production within the dermal layer of the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing and skin renewal process.
How Does It Work?
Radiofrequency energy is delivered precisely through insulated needles to the dermis heating the collagen fibres to 55- 65 degree Celsius. Stimulating the body’s natural healing process resulting in the production of collagen and elastin in those areas.
Treatment Time
This treatment can last a minimum of 20 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated.

What to Expect
Expect your skin to look plump due to the increase in thickness of the dermal tissue caused by collagen production. This will improve pigmentation patches, lines, wrinkles and even skin tone. Stretch marks and loose skin can also be improved during a course of treatments.
Down Time
It’s possible that you may experience pinkness in the skin and slight swelling - this may last for up to three days. Your skin may also feel slightly dry.
Your therapist will recommend 3d hydrating products to use at home daily.
PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
We ask that a week prior to your service you use anti-viral cream if prone to cold sores.
3 days prior we ask that you stop using active skincare including retinol and AHA.
Please avoid direct sun exposure.
Excessive facial hair, beards and moustaches need to be clean-shaved prior to treatment.
Avoid the use of aftershaves and perfumes on the treatment area.
Aftercare Advice
We suggest you use a clean pillowcase
Use hydrating and anti-inflammatory skincare
Avoid touching the skin directly after treatment
Avoid non-mineral make-up for 24 hours
Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas and active exercise for 48 hours
Avoid shaving the area for 24-48 hours
