You will come in for a consultation with the therapist who will ask about your medical history to determine if you qualify for the treatment. Before you come for the treatment you will be advised not drink caffeine for 2 hours, eat an hour before, wear loose clothing, and drink at least one litre of water.

The therapist will place gel on the area, which creates a barrier between the machine and skin which helps the hand piece glide easily on the body. The chosen area will be massaged with the hand piece for 45 mins.
